Tatiana Eva-Marie is a transatlantic bandleader, singer, author, and actress based in Brooklyn. She sings French popular music derived from the Django tradition with Balkan Gypsy and folk influences.

Vanity Fair described Tatiana Eva-Marie as a millennial shaking up the jazz scene. Moreover, she has accrued over 80 million views on YouTube. Her interests have led her to explore a wide range of musical styles. However, Tatiana Eva-Marie always draws inspiration from her own French and Romanian-Gypsy heritage for her craft. Born into a family of musicians, painters, and poets, Tatiana Eva-Marie began her career at age four. Here, she immersed herself in the world of show business. Before her twenties, she had already recorded several albums and established herself as an actress on the Paris stage. Additionally, she wrote and directed two musicals; and was pursuing a master’s degree in medieval studies at the Sorbonne University. Then, she dedicated herself completely to an interdisciplinary approach to artistic creation. Thus, she developed a fascination for the Renaissance Man archetype and began to travel the world collaborating with artists of various spheres. 

She soon chose New York as her home base, where she quickly built her reputation as a singer. Then she started the Avalon Jazz Band, which became overnight the number one reference for French swing around the world. They have performed on some of the most important American stages and have become the international ambassadors of “1930s Paris”.
