Patty Peterson, one of the most beloved and iconic vocalists in the Twin Cities, is bringing back by popular demand her show of one of her own idols in the highly esteemed “Memories – The Music of Barbra Streisand.”

With the help of musical director and renowned pianist/arranger Sean Turner, Patty pays homage to one of the most iconic artists of all time, “Babs.” Lending her own expressive vocal style, Patty will perform favorite selections from Streisand’s extensive library including “People,” “Guilty,” “Evergreen,” “On A Clear Day” and many more. These songs have captured the hearts of anyone who has ever heard the music of “Babs.” This beautiful show will leave you with the feeling that “Happy Days are Here Again!” Joining Patty Peterson and Sean Turner for these shows will be Mary Jane Alm – vocals, Aimée Lee– vocals, Wayne Anthony Cullinan – vocals, Ryan Butler – Bass, Peter Hennig – drums and Phil Kadidlo – keyboards.

Patty Peterson was born into Minnesota’s First Family of Music; The Peterson Family. Along with her late parents, the legendary Willie and Jeanne Arland Peterson, the family members are sister Linda Peterson, and three brothers, Billy Peterson, Ricky Peterson, and Paul Peterson, all of whom are recording artists and involved in the international music scene. Patty began singing as a child at concerts and recording sessions, and today is an award winning vocalist and a live jazz radio host. Patty also appears in numerous live and in studio productions for national recording artists and commercials.​

Patty has released 5 solo recordings featuring luminaries Sheila E., David Hazeltine, Stokley Williams, and Ira Sullivan, as well as members of her entire family. Patty’s latest CD, “Count Your Blessings,” was released in time for the 2019 Holiday Season. Patty is also the host of her own weekly contemporary jazz show on KBEM 88.5FM.
