Most great bands are born out of a group of friends who, while hanging out, decide to make music together. This is certainly the case with the Como Ave Jug Band, except that this group is a lot bigger than most. Led by guitarist/vocalist Ken Tyborski, this ensemble is comprised of between six and 14 players, including a jug, spoons, and a tap dancer along with more “traditional” instruments.
The CAJB have graced the stages large and small throughout the Metro area, and their Summer 2009 residency on Solera’s roof garnered a lot of attention from fans and nearby businesses.
