Raul Midón

Midón erupted onto the national scene in 2006 with a much-needed fresh acoustic take on soul music. Midon’s silky, soulful tenor and dazzling percussive guitar style has taken him from backup vocal duties on Top 40 records to a special solo feature at Carnegie Hall. Midón’s powerful music is on display on his third record, the Larry Klein-produced Synthesis, as well as in his intimate solo shows.
